Busy schedule, no time to workout

Busy lives?  No free time?  I get it.  As we grow older, we have more jobs and responsibilities.  We have work, class, sleep, eating, studying, socialization, etc.  How can I fit going to the gym in my busy schedule?  I mean there's only 24 hours in a day.  True.  Now let me break this down.  Yes, you are correct.  We do live busy lives and there are only 24 hours in a day.  Let me make a hypothetical example.  Lets say the average college student spends around 7 hours sleeping, 2 hours eating, and around 4 hours in class.  That's only 13 hours right there.  So your telling me you can't fit a 30 minute to 1 hour workout in your 11 hours of free time??? Okay, now lets add 6 hours of part time job to the equation. Still, there are 5 hours left of free time in which you can use about 1 hour to go workout and leaving 4 hours of relaxation.  Whenever I hear someone say, "I can't go to the gym, I don't have the time" I want to slap them so hard on the side of the head (Sorry for the violence).  People just love to find excuses not to go to the gym.  For those people, all planets in the solar system has to be lined up and the moon has to be full to go to the gym.  Or they can't go because the sun isn't yellow enough, or there's one too many extra clouds in sky, or the sea level is an inch too high.  For those people, that just don't want to admit that they are lazy.  Now there are times where you do have an excuse for instance being sick, having an injury, or if you have a big exam coming up.  Beside these time, there is no excuse not to go to the gym.  I am a college freshman and I have been successfully able to fit an hour workout 5 times a week in my schedule.  If I could do it as college students, who are probably busiest people, then there shouldn't be any reason you can't spend an hour working out.
